Hi, I’m Victoria
Over the past few years I have felt called to seek out my inner Oak tree - a symbol of inner strength, resilience, and authenticity. Through this journey I realised that my true passion lies in helping other women discover their own. The mighty Oak represents the incredible, strong, authentic self that exists within each of us - yet so often remains buried beneath layers of pain and suffering - wounds that we have been conditioned to accept as normal. But we were never meant to just endure life, we were meant to thrive! Through Rapid Transformational Therapy® I guide people to heal the root cause of what is holding them back, helping them reclaim their inner strength and step into their full power. My mission is to empower women to see their worth, break free from limitations, and create the life they were always meant to live.
What is RTT?
Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) draws on the principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), neurolinguistic programming (NLP), neuroscience and neuroplasticity to support deep and lasting personal transformation. We often believe that our decisions and thoughts are driven by our conscious mind, however research now suggests that as much as 95% of our thinking is influenced by our subconscious mind. This is why relying solely on willpower to create change can feel like an uphill battle - leading us to fall back into old patterns. RTT® uses hypnosis to access the subconscious mind, helping to identify and reframe limiting beliefs at their root. Many people report experiencing profound shifts, greater self-awareness, and a renewed sense of empowerment as they work through this process.
Why Rapid Transformational Therapy
Why Rapid Transformational Therapy
RTT® has been used to support people in overcoming a wide range of challenges, from fear of public speaking to low mood, self-doubt, and even psychosomatic pain. See the full list below to explore what it may help with.
RTT® goes beyond traditional hypnotherapy and works to uncover the root cause of an issue, allowing you to shift limiting beliefs and replace them with more empowering ones.
Many people find that RTT® creates noticeable shifts in just 1-3 sessions. By leveraging neuroscience and the brain’s ability to form new neural pathways, RTT® is designed to facilitate meaningful, lasting change.
RTT® is a collaboration. You won’t come to me to ‘fix’ your issue—instead, you’ll be in the driver’s seat of your own healing journey. Think of me as your driving instructor, guiding you along the way and helping you reconnect with your own ability to heal and grow.
As an innovative approach to therapy, RTT® has received international recognition, including a Gold Stevie® Award in 2019 for its use of neuroplasticity in revolutionising health.

FAQS
-
Hypnosis is a very natural experience. It can be described as being in a state of deep relaxation combined with inward focus, which allows access to your subconscious mind - the control room for all your limiting beliefs! In this theta brainwave state, your mind becomes more receptive to positive suggestions, making it an incredible opportunity for personal transformation and growth.
-
Yes, hypnosis is completely safe when facilitated by a trained professional. It is a non-invasive and gentle process where you remain fully aware and in control at all times. You cannot be made to do or say anything against your will. Hypnosis is simply a tool to help you tap into your subconscious mind, promoting relaxation, mental clarity, and positive change.
-
People experience hypnosis differently, but it is often described as a feeling of deep relaxation and heightened focus. Your body and nervous system enter a state of deep rest and your conscious mind slows down, allowing you to become connected with your inner thoughts, beliefs and emotions. You will still be completely aware and in control throughout the session, and will even be able to have a conversation with me during hypnosis.
-
There is no right or wrong way to experience hypnosis, and you don’t ‘go’ anywhere. Many people don’t even realise they are in hypnosis until they come out of it.
-
Yes, you will always remain in control during hypnosis. Hypnosis cannot make you do anything against your will. It simply allows you to access your subconscious mind, where you can make positive changes or gain deeper insights. You will be aware of everything happening during the session and can choose to open your eyes and end the session at any time if you wish.
-
Absolutely! Even if you don’t believe in hypnosis, many people still experience it effectively. Your willingness to relax and trust the process plays a significant role in the experience, but it’s not dependent on belief. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that everyone can enter, whether they believe in it or not (and often do so on a daily basis without even realising!).
-
Not at all. You are fully aware throughout the entire process, and you will only share what you feel comfortable sharing. You are always in control.
-
You will be provided with your personalised transformation recording within 24 hours of your session, which you will listen to every day for at least 21 days. During this time, I will check in on you a couple of times, and you can also contact me if you need. A follow up video call will be scheduled after you have completed the 21 days of listening to your recording.
-
Many clients experience significant change after just one session. However, depending on the complexity of the issue, some may benefit from additional sessions.
-
RTT sessions typically last around 90 minutes, but I allow up to 2 hours to ensure we explore everything that needs attention. I prioritise depth and resolution over strict time limits, so you receive the maximum benefit from your session.
-
Everybody experiences results at different rates. Some see immediate shifts as soon as the session is over, while others notice changes gradually over the following days and weeks. And some don’t even realise they have changed until they look back and reflect on how far they have come. Consistent listening to your personalised recording is crucial for optimal results.
-
Listening to your personalised recording for a minimum of 21 days helps to reinforce the positive changes made during the session by tapping into neuroplasticity - the brain’s ability to form new neural connections. This consistent practice strengthens and solidifies the new pathways created, allowing empowering beliefs to replace old, limiting ones. The 21 day period is critical to fully integrating these changes, ensuring lasting transformation and sustainable results.
